I’m Tatiana.

I help women come back into relationship with themselves, their wisdom, and the living world - because I had to find my way back there myself.

My story

I was born abroad to a Spanish father and an American mother — an artist and a lawyer. Early on, I learned to move between their two ways of meeting the world: the structured and the intuitive, the seen and the felt. For a long time, I leaned mostly into the structured side — capable on the outside, but disconnected from something underneath I'd learned to set aside.

I went to law school and became an immigration attorney, working with people navigating their own crossings between countries, systems, and lives. I was functional, but underneath I was struggling - and had been on antidepressants for years, managing what I couldn’t yet name. Deep down, I knew there was another way to live, but I couldn’t see it from where I stood. Then I traveled to Peru — looking for what I sensed was missing and what I found there was an initiation into the unseen. A path of love. A felt sense of meaning that began to reshape how I understood myself, others, and the living world.

I eventually moved to Peru and immersed myself in earth-based traditions. I helped run a plant medicine center and facilitated ceremony. I also came to understand, firsthand, that spiritual work without ethical grounding can cause serious harm — an understanding that shapes how carefully I hold this work today.

I came back to the U.S. knowing my path was to walk both worlds, not choose between them. Deeper integration came slowly — through Internal Family Systems, Organic Intelligence®, and a deepening relationship with herbs, plants, and the land. It was through that slow return that I came to trust my own knowing — and to understand what genuine relationship really means.

I've learned from different teachers, traditions, and lineages. The work I do now lives at the meeting place of those two worlds — the practical and the intuitive, structure and depth. It's the work I needed myself.

What guides me

A few principles hold all of this work together.

Right Relationship. With ourselves, with each other, and with the living world. Being in tune with what’s around us rather than in opposition to it.

Sovereignty. Yours, mine, and the sovereignty of the traditions that have shaped me.

Reciprocity. Transformation doesn't happen alone. We give and receive within a larger field.

Love. Not as a feeling alone, but as a way of being in relationship with life. The current underneath it all.

"Over the past month, I've felt a gentle shift: I feel safer and more present around others, less on my guard and bracing, controlling the situation less, more relaxed, a sort of greater sense of trust, more connected to myself. And less self-conscious in a judgmental way. I notice that I think more kindly and gently of myself, and am kinder to myself."
