1. Nature of Services

I offer relational guidance, coaching, integration support, and nature-based accompaniment for educational, reflective, and personal growth purposes.

My services may include conversation, reflective inquiry, nervous system awareness, parts-informed exploration, ritual reflection, integration practices, and nature-based exercises.

My services are not psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.

2. No Professional Licensed Relationship

Although I have professional training and experience in law, compliance, plant medicine contexts, nervous system education, and relational work, use of this website or participation in my services does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.

3. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, health, wellbeing, and decisions. You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed.

I may decline to provide services or refer you to another professional if I believe your needs fall outside the scope of my work.

4. Not for Emergencies

This website and my services are not for emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

In the United States, you may call or text 988 for crisis support.

5. Plant Medicine, Ceremony, and Integration

I may provide reflective support related to past spiritual, ceremonial, nature-based, or plant medicine experiences. I do not provide, administer, facilitate, prescribe, recommend, or refer clients to controlled substances or illegal activities.

All information related to plant medicine, ritual, ceremony, or altered states is offered for educational, reflective, harm-reduction, and integration purposes only.

6. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Session fees, packages, cancellation policies, and rescheduling terms will be provided before paid work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

You may adjust that to 48 hours if you prefer stronger boundaries.

Payments may be processed through third-party tools such as Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace, or other providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. No Guarantees

I do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, transformation, insight, healing, business outcome, relationship outcome, or health outcome from using this website or working with me.

Client experiences vary and depend on many factors, including personal history, readiness, circumstances, choices, and outside support.

8. Website Content

The content on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute my website content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.
